Useful things to include in a bug report:
- Which tool page, and what you expected vs what happened
- Your browser and device (e.g. "Chrome on Windows 11", "Safari on iPhone 15")
- If a specific file fails and it isn't sensitive, the file itself — remember we can't see it otherwise, precisely because nothing is uploaded
We read everything. Feature requests for new format pairs are especially welcome — most of this site exists because someone needed a converter that didn't demand their files.
